The silver collector coin from Eesti Pank dedicated to the Hanseatic town of Tartu. The coin will be the last in a series of collector coins for the Hanseatic towns of Estonia. Earlier coins in the series were a gold coin and a silver coin for Tallinn and silver coins for Viljandi and Pärnu.
The silver coin for Hanseatic Tartu shows a window that opens on a view of Tartu town hall. The name of Tartu is incorporated in a way that emphasises art and the artistic traditions of the town, and it displays the town coat of arms. The coins were minted by the Lithuanian mint.
